Your Path Family Law is seeking a dedicated law clerk who will transition to an associate attorney role after passing the bar exam. This position requires a strong interest in family law and excellent communication skills.

Candidates must be law students or recent graduates and have at least one year of legal experience. Competitive compensation ranges from $20 to $30 per hour with health, dental, and vision insurance covered at 100% for the employee.

Qualifications

• Willing to take or have passed the state bar exam.
• At least one year of experience in the legal field.
• Have passed the MPRE or have a scheduled date to take it.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and prepare for trial.
• Prepare drafts of pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and create legal memoranda.
