Job summary

Astor Services Inc. seeks qualified clinicians for the Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) program.

The role focuses on assessment, treatment, and family therapy for youth at risk of inpatient hospitalization, with visits conducted in homes, schools, or the community. Qualifications

• Must hold a current license or license-eligible/master's level professional in mental health fields (LCSW/LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/MHC-LP/MSW).
• Experience with crisis intervention and family-based therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for youth at risk of inpatient hospitalization or out-of-home placement.
• Develop and review individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists for plan review and sign-off.
• Deliver family-based therapy and crisis intervention services.
• Document timely and accurate case notes and progress.
• Conduct safety assessments and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Collaborate with schools and community partners to connect clients to services.
• Present cases at treatment team meetings and supervision sessions.
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision for evidence-based practices.
