Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services across our centers. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress for up to 8 children per team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligibility for senior roles.
• Experience supervising RBTs and trainees preferred.
• Strong ability to develop clinically sound treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
