The role offers a strong compensation package ($84,500–$120,000 annually), performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and relocation options, plus remote work days and a clear path from BCBA to Sr. roles.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
