Responsibilities

• Evaluate intraoperative neuromonitoring plans aligned with procedure and patient risks.
• Recommend anesthetic regimens to improve data quality.
• Guide technologists in data acquisition, recording, and troubleshooting.
• Confirm baseline data and monitor changes in real time.
• Interpret data changes and advise interventions to the surgical team.
• Suggest modifications to anesthesia and physiological measures as needed.
• Generate detailed intraoperative reports documenting modalities and changes.
• Contribute to QA initiatives and outcome measures.
• Mentor neuromonitoring staff and facilitate professional development.
• Transfer supervisory responsibility as needed with clear communication.
