MPOWERHealth is seeking a board-certified Neurologist with expertise in electrophysiology to join our remote neuromonitoring team. You will provide real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) studies to support patient care across the United States.

The role requires a fellowship in intraoperative neuromonitoring (doctorate preferred) and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Neurologist with electrophysiology expertise.
• Fellowship in intraoperative neuromonitoring required.
• Strong understanding of IONM modalities (SSEPs, MEPs, BAERs, EMG).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Provide real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring data to surgical teams.
• Correlate electrophysiological findings with clinical status to guide surgical decisions.
• Conduct post-operative case reviews and complete reports.

The Neurologist - Interpreting Physician is responsible for real-time analysis of electrophysiological data generated during surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with surgical teams and IONM technologists to support positive patient outcomes.

• Provide real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring data and communicate findings directly to surgical teams
• Correlate electrophysiological findings with the patient’s clinical status to support surgical decision-making
• Conduct comprehensive post-operative case reviews and complete detailed reports
• Contribute to quality assurance and improvement efforts to maintain high standards of neuromonitoring services
• Maintain current knowledge of advancements and best practices in neuromonitoring
• Board-certified Neurologist with expertise in electrophysiology
• Fellowship in intraoperative neuromonitoring required; a doctorate in the field is preferred
• Strong understanding of intraoperative neuromonitoring modalities (e.g., SSEPs, MEPs, BAERs, EMG)
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative care
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in IONM is strongly preferred
