REMOTE React Developer (Software Engineer Programmer Developer React TypeScript Redux Saga Ag-Grid Fixed Income JavaScript Node Credit Rates Bonds Agile Buy Side Asset Manager Investment Management Finance Front Office Trading Financial Services UI Front End) required by our trading software client in Manhattan, New York City.

You MUST have the following:

1. Strong experience as a React Developer/Software Engineer/Programmer
2. Excellent JavaScript, TypeScript, and React skills
3. Experience with Redux and Ag-Grid
4. Experience contributing to best practices for Front End UI development
5. Excellent stakeholder interaction skills
6. Experience working in an Agile environment

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:

• Experience in Finance or trading domains

Role Overview:

You will join a central team of 4 responsible for creating and maintaining common UI code repositories, standards, guidelines, libraries, and design patterns within a rapidly growing FinTech company. The company has expanded significantly over the past 10 years, now employing 1000 staff and 350 engineers. Your role will be to promote consistency in coding practices across all engineering teams, enabling faster modernization and development.

You should be a proficient React and UI Front End Developer with experience in enterprise environments, familiar with libraries and best practices for Front End development. Understanding their purpose and contributing towards creating them will be advantageous.

This environment is rapidly modernizing, with a hybrid working policy for all staff.

Salary: $120-160k + 20% Cash Bonus + 401k
