Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Auditor, RDQA Clinical Quality Audit for a remote role. You will execute the clinical audit program, plan and report audits, and advise partners on GCP and quality topics to ensure compliance with global requirements.

The position demands 3–5 years in QA/CR within the biopharmaceutical space and the ability to travel internationally. The role focuses on leading audits across sites, processes, systems, and affiliates, with a strong emphasis on maintaining AbbVie's quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science (physical, life, health) or health care profession
• 3–5 years in biopharmaceutical or regulatory authority
• 3–5 years in Quality Assurance and/or Clinical Research Development
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven conclusions
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
• Familiar with clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP) and industry best practices
• Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Execute the Clinical audit program: scheduling, planning, reporting
• Ensure alignment with RDQA policies and procedures
• Advise on GCP and quality topics to business partners
• Lead audit scheduling and conduct of site, process, system, and Affiliate audits
• Communicate audit results clearly within target timeframes
• Review and approve Corrective Action Plans within deadlines
• Support global quality assurance requirements and AbbVie quality systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and inspections
