Diabetes Digital Corp. is a fully remote, part-time role offering 24 hours/week minimum with mentorship and a clear path to full-time. The team emphasizes weight-inclusive care and diabetes-focused counseling for diverse client needs.

You will conduct 50‑minute telehealth sessions, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with healthcare providers. Weekly supervision and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outpatient counseling experience (diabetes MNT preferred)
• Familiarity or willingness to learn HAES and Intuitive Eating approaches
• Strong commitment to social justice and supporting marginalized clients
• Adaptable, organized, and open to learning new systems
• Active RD Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling to clients with diabetes, prediabetes, PCOS, and metabolic conditions
• Support behavior change through motivational interviewing
• Conduct telehealth visits (phone/video/chat)
• Complete assessments, follow-up notes, and documentation on time
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
• Attend weekly supervision meetings and team huddles
• Handle billing and scheduling tasks accurately
