Job summary

Sylvan Health is hiring a registered dietitian to deliver personalized nutrition therapy via telehealth, following evidence-based protocols and collaborating with our care team. The role emphasizes empathy, accurate documentation, and efficient patient management while supporting lifestyle changes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Nutrition or Dietetics with internship completion and CDR credentials, and have 1–2 years post-internship experience, including virtual counseling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics required
• Experience counseling patients virtually or in outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and empathy with patients

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth nutrition therapy consultations with patients
• Administer evidence-based clinical protocols and provide individualized nutrition support
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes
• Maintain high patient retention by following program guidelines
• Collaborate with care team members and discuss patient plans
• Document clinical information in an Electronic Medical Record
• Navigate fast-paced environment with positive attitude
• Transition between patients efficiently while following procedures
