Job summary

Top Nutrition Coaching is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian for a fully remote, 1099 contractor role. You will provide evidence-based nutrition counseling, build long-term client relationships, and manage your own schedule and caseload.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Texas, with outpatient or counseling experience, and a strong clinical foundation in medical nutrition therapy. You will work independently in a virtual setting with flexible scheduling and client acquisition support.

Qualifications

• RD/RDN in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed in Texas.
• Experience in outpatient or counseling setting.
• Ability to translate nutrition guidance into sustainable behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual, one-on-one nutrition counseling grounded in evidence-based care.
• Develop personalized nutrition plans aligned with client goals.
• Support clients across meal planning, travel nutrition, labs, and supplements.
• Guide clients through ongoing goal-setting using a structured framework for behavior change.
• Build strong, supportive relationships for long-term engagement.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and follow-ups.
• Manage your own schedule and caseload.
