Heritage Behavioral Health Center- HBHC is seeking a part-time Revenue Cycle Management Specialist I to support claims follow-up, denial resolution, and payer communication from a remote work setting.

You will collaborate with the Revenue Cycle team to ensure accurate reimbursement, maintain HIPAA compliance, and meet productivity and quality standards while growing core RCM skills for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and revenue cycle experience.
• Experience with medical billing, A/R follow-up, or denial management.
• Ability to work remotely with independence and meet productivity targets.

Responsabilités

• Review and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely processing and reimbursement.
• Research and resolve claim issues, discrepancies, and payer requests.
• Submit corrected claims, appeals, or additional documentation as required.
• Document actions clearly in the system and maintain compliance.
• Support team workflow and communicate with payers and internal staff.
