Pinnacle Healthcare is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist to support billing, authorizations, AR, and collections. Remote work with Eastern Time business hours.

The role requires hands-on DME and respiratory billing, Medicare/Medicaid experience, and proficiency with payer portals and systems like CareCentrix, Brightree, ePACES, Availity, and NaviNet. Expect a brief onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare billing.
• Hands-on DME and/or respiratory billing experience.
• Strong Medicare billing knowledge: modifiers and diagnosis pointers.
• Experience with Medicaid, preferably New York Medicaid.
• Experience with authorizations and recurring authorization requirements.
• Experience with accounts receivable, aging reports, denials, and collections.
• Familiarity with payer portals: Availity, NaviNet, and/or ePACES.
• Remote-work capability and Eastern Time schedule.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day revenue cycle activities across billing, claims, authorizations, AR, and collections.
• Review and correct DME/respiratory billing for accuracy.
• Monitor payer portals and resolve authorization and billing issues.
• Assist with legacy AR cleanup during Brightree to NikoHealth transition.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up records.
