Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated RBTs to join our nationwide team. This part-time role offers flexible schedules, the ability to work from home anywhere in the USA, and in-person options in service states.

We provide ongoing CEUs, clinical support, and a collaborative environment for professional growth. You will deliver ABA services to clients, follow individualized treatment plans, and support families with progress tracking and data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations are essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow within ABA support roles is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement treatment plans and support goals with families.
• Record session data accurately and manage client progress.
