Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Director of Training & Development to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of all training and clinical growth initiatives across the organization. You will scale BK Academy, manage scholarships, internship programs, and graduate permit activities while aligning CEU offerings with quality standards.

You will mentor a team of clinical leaders, coordinate resources, and drive professional development to strengthen patient outcomes and team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Lead development and oversight of training and clinical growth initiatives.
• Manage BK Academy, scholarships, internship program, and graduate permit program.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous CEUs and resources.
• Lead clinical growth and support across the organization.
