The role supports BCBA/ RBT teams with two-month paid training, ongoing CEUs, and fast scheduling. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services and contribute to client outcomes while advancing your own career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
