Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Risk and Central Monitoring Associate Manager to strengthen RBQM across clinical studies. You will lead RBQM activities, develop Central Monitoring Plans, and guide study teams in risk assessments and data-driven oversight.

Qualifications

• BSc, RN, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
• At least 4 years of clinical research experience, including 3+ years with RBM and related ICH/regulatory guidance.
• Experience as a Central Monitor or in a Central Monitoring function.
• Strong RBQM knowledge and experience with study risk assessments, centralized monitoring, KRIs, and QTLs.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and risks, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead RBQM activities for assigned clinical studies.
• Develop and maintain Central Monitoring Plans and ensure alignment with study strategy.
• Support creation and review of study risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KRIs and QTLs and track risk indicators.
• Conduct centralized monitoring reviews and recommend actions to study teams.
• Maintain central monitoring dashboards and support ongoing monitoring throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver training on RBQM strategies and monitoring processes.
• Support inspection readiness, sponsor interactions, audits, and related meetings.
