Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Management is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics and transloading operations experience.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and ERP proficiency.
• Experience with PaperSave and Aptean Ross is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rail fleet operations within USALCO, including utilization, maintenance, and sizing of railcar fleets.
• Manage transloading contracts and inspect facilities to meet safety and quality standards.
• Track monthly KPIs and financials; ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments with 3PL providers.
• Develop cost savings opportunities and coordinate with Commercial, Legal and Supply Chain teams.
• Must be able to travel at least 30% of the time; may require overtime, off-shift, and weekend work.
