Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $24–$26/hour

Location: Fully Remote – Must reside in IL, TX, OK, MT, or NM

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (flexibility to start at 6am after onboarding)

Overview:

We are seeking experienced Risk Adjustment Coders to support a high-impact RADV audit project focused on the Individual & Family Markets population. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with a leading healthcare payer organization. Candidates must meet productivity and certification requirements and reside in one of five eligible states.

Responsibilities:

• Review 2000–2500 pages of medical records weekly for RADV audits
• Provide accurate HCC coding for risk adjustment purposes
• Collaborate with a coding supervisor and larger coding team
• Maintain productivity and quality expectations throughout the contract

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Risk Adjustment and/or RADV coding experience
• Active AAPC or AHIMA certification
• Comfortable with 1–2 days onboarding, training modules, and remote systems

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience working with payer-side audits
• Familiarity with productivity goals for high-volume coding reviews
• Candidates must not reside in California, Florida, or New York
• Equipment provided
• Surge period will include optional OT: 1 hour/day or 5 hours on Saturdays
