Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Centralized Scheduler to support outpatient radiology scheduling across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes patient registration, accurate data collection, and efficient scheduling to maximize patient flow and reimbursement.

Training is on-site at BJC at the Commons for 20 weeks, with remote hours available Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm and a quarterly Saturday rotation. Preferred candidates have customer service experience, EPIC knowledge, and call center skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• CHAA certification listed as a qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hospital pre-registration and scheduling across multiple systems.
• Ensure correct patient identification and accurate demographic/insurance information.
• Communicate clearly with patients and provider offices to schedule tests and convey prep instructions.
