Job summary

NYX Health Group is seeking an experienced Radiology Prior Authorization Specialist for a remote, full-time role in the United States. The ideal candidate has extensive EPIC PA experience (4+ years) and will manage prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The position requires strong communication and organizational skills and offers a performance bonus incentive and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Radiology prior authorization experience within EPIC -Required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in TEAMS

Responsibilities

• Extensive hands-on proficiency in EPIC, including prior authorization and insurance verification.
• Extensive knowledge of Radiology PA management within a Hospital, including their authorization requirements, processes, and requirements.
• Navigate complex insurance authorization requirements for Ultrasound, MRI, CT, Nuclear Med and PET.
• Independently manage prior authorizations from submission through approval.
• Communicate with providers and insurance companies regarding authorization status.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and support daily revenue cycle operations.
