- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in radiologist recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the radiology industry and its specific staffing needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of the radiology field, including subspecialties and outpatient imaging practices
