Job summary

SimonMed is seeking a Remote Radiologist to interpret X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other studies from a remote site using advanced teleradiology platforms.

You will deliver timely, accurate reports to referring clinicians nationwide, with electronic communication of critical findings and collaboration with technologists and staff to maintain high image quality. Licensure across required states is essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Radiology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or equivalent).
• Active and unrestricted medical licenses in applicable practice states (multi-state licensure preferred).
• Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a high volume of diagnostic studies remotely using teleradiology.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and well-documented reports to referring clinicians.
• Communicate critical findings directly with providers via secure channels.
• Collaborate with technologists and staff virtually to ensure quality and protocol adherence.
• Utilize PACS, RIS, and EMR systems to manage cases.
• Participate in QA, peer review, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain licensure and compliance documentation across states.
• Adhere to HIPAA and data privacy standards in a remote setting.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
