Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA, is seeking a Radiologist for full-time, part-time, or hybrid/remote arrangements. The role focuses on interpreting diagnostic imaging studies to support diagnosis and treatment planning, with collaboration across care teams.

The position offers access to advanced imaging technology, a strong specialty network, and opportunities to contribute to community health. Board certification and PA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board certified/eligible in radiology.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills with radiology teams.

Responsabilités

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound).
• Provide accurate, timely radiology reports to support diagnosis.
• Consult with referring physicians on findings and follow-up.
• Identify urgent findings and communicate per protocol.
• Ensure proper documentation in EHR and RIS.
• Collaborate with technologists and clinicians to optimize image quality.
• Participate in quality assurance and credentialing processes.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and radiation safety.
