Pima Medical Institute seeks a full-time Online Radiologic Technology Instructor to lead remote courses with a student-centered approach. The role emphasizes guiding online learning, ongoing feedback, and ARRT exam prep support for a diverse student body nationwide.

The position requires ARRT certification, a relevant degree, and at least 3 years of clinical radiologic technologist experience. MS Office and video conferencing proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional degree (e.g., JD, MD) or a Baccalaureate degree with a professional certification from a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
• Current ARRT registration in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent unrestricted state license; teaching licenses as required by state.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time clinical Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and video-conferencing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online instruction for a full teaching load (24 credits/semester) and roughly 100 students per class sequence.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and additional support to students to sustain a 70%+ success rate.
• Actively support student retention by reaching out to students falling behind via phone and email.
• Assist graduates with ARRT exam preparation, tutoring, and support.
• Advise students on academic progress, participation, and success strategies.
• Collaborate with program leadership on curriculum reviews and program goals.
• Attend and contribute to program advisory board meetings and faculty meetings.
• Prepare and submit final grades in accordance with the academic calendar.
