Job summary

NOVACES is seeking a Construction Manager/Installation Lead to support the FAA’s Radar System Replacement (RSR) program. This role oversees construction and installation activities at FAA sites nationwide, with remote work location and extensive travel requirements.

The Construction Manager will be the on-site authority, coordinating radar installation teams, subcontractors, and FAA personnel to ensure safe, efficient execution of approved designs, schedules, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or field supervision for large-scale deployments.
• Experience overseeing installation teams and subcontractors at active sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and installation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and radar installation activities across RSR locations.
• Direct and coordinate installation teams and subcontractors safely and to spec.
• Serve as on-site point of contact with FAA facility representatives and program leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
