Qualifications

• Track record of identification and testing of improvements with commercialization impact.
• Multi-year / multi-crop trial design and data collection experience.
• Statistical analysis using SPSS, RStudio or Excel Data Analysis Toolpak.
• Innovative, detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement field and lab agricultural experiments across locations.
• Coordinate and conduct applied experiments with internal and external teams.
• Analyze data, report results, and drive improvements in yields and quality.
• Develop budgets and track costs for field and lab studies.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and adherence to lab/field protocols.

Education

Master’s Degree (with thesis) in Plant Science / Crop Science / Agricultural Sciences

Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Science / Crop Science / Agricultural Sciences
