Responsibilities

Develop and optimize fault‑tolerant protocols under architectural constraints.
Analyze qubit connectivity and exploit transversal operations to improve performance.
Design logical‑gate implementations including Clifford and non‑Clifford gates.
Collaborate with physics teams to determine hardware constraints and resources.
Co‑design decoder requirements with firmware and control‑electronics groups.
Contribute to the V&V pipeline and integrate noise models.
