Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC. is seeking a fully remote Quantitative Researcher specialized in portfolio construction to translate research signals into controlled exposures for Indianapolis, IN area operations.

Responsibilities include developing allocation methods, risk budgeting, and stress diagnostics, with Eastern Time coordination of morning research, intraday decisions, and post-close checks. 4+ years of experience and base salary 185k–255k USD are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with portfolio optimization and risk models.
• Strong numerical Python and optimization skills.
• Ability to explain model tradeoffs to researchers and traders.

Responsibilities

• Develop allocation and risk-budgeting methods.
• Model factor, sector, liquidity, and concentration constraints.
• Measure turnover, capacity, and stress behavior.
• Create transparent diagnostics for portfolio decisions.
• Own portfolio constraints, exposure diagnostics, and stress review during Eastern Time coordination of morning research, intraday decisions, and post-close checks.
