Appsierra Group seeks a Quantitative Analyst Expert to evaluate AI-driven quantitative finance outputs in a fully remote, independent contractor role. You will review advanced analytics, create demonstrations from your experience, and help ensure mathematical rigor across derivatives, time-series, and risk models.

The role emphasizes a flexible schedule, project-based work, and hourly compensation of $150–$200/hr.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, quantitative finance, or closely related field.
CFA charter or FRM certification.
Published quantitative research or open-source quantitative finance projects welcome.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated quantitative analysis for mathematical accuracy and technical rigor.
Review derivatives pricing, portfolio construction, time-series analysis, and risk modeling outputs.
Create expert demonstrations based on quantitative workflows from your professional or research experience.
Develop realistic quantitative finance scenarios that require sound mathematical and analytical reasoning.
Rank and label AI-generated responses against quantitative best practices.
Identify mathematical errors, flawed assumptions, inappropriate methodologies, and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning.
Provide clear written explanations supporting your evaluations and assessments.
