Qualifications

• Model factor, sector, liquidity, and concentration constraints
• Measure turnover, capacity, and stress behavior
• Create transparent diagnostics for portfolio decisions
• Own portfolio constraints, exposure diagnostics, and stress review during Central Time coverage
