Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Math/Physics or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with fintech focus.
• Proficient in C++, Java, or Python (multi-language preferred).
• Solid grounding in financial markets, instruments, and risk management.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Experience with market data systems and FIX protocol implementations.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate mathematical models into production-quality software meeting performance and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with quants and traders to deploy scalable fintech analytics systems.
• Work with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship of junior engineers.
