Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Quant Developer (FinTech) to build low-latency trading, risk, and analytics systems for fintech applications. You will translate mathematical models into production-quality software, collaborating with quants and traders to meet performance and accuracy requirements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software engineering experience in fintech, strong skills in C++, Java, or Python, and a solid understanding of financial markets and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, fintech preferred.
• Strong programming in C++, Java, or Python (multi-language preferred).
• Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems.

Responsibilities

• Build low-latency, high-reliability trading, risk, and analytics systems.
• Translate mathematical models into production-quality software.
• Collaborate with quants and traders to meet performance targets.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design and code reviews.
