Job summary

Gruns is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to provide corporate-level leadership and governance for the QMS, ensuring standardized, compliant quality systems across the organization. You will drive consistency, data integrity, training effectiveness, and inspection readiness while reporting to the Director of Quality.

• Demonstrated experience implementing, managing, and improving Quality

Responsibilities

• Owns, maintains, and improves the corporate QMS with standardized processes and governance.
• Provides QMS guidance to facility Quality teams to ensure corporate requirements are implemented consistently.
• Manages the corporate Document Control program for policies, SOPs, and forms.
• Manages Change Control with risk assessment, approvals, and verification of effectiveness.
• Supports the corporate Food Safety and Quality Training Program with training records and matrices.
• Serves as business owner for Veeva QualityOne and supports configuration and data integrity.
• Develops and enforces WBC Quality Standards across facilities.
• Provides governance for CAPAs, deviations, non-conformances, and OOS events.
