Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, data analytics, engineering, pharma sciences or related field.
- 5+ years in technology, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation.
- Experience translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.
- Hands-on with generative AI, AI agents, automated workflows, or related tech.
- Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards, data modeling, and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Q&R technology roadmap leveraging AI, automation, and analytics.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and enterprise teams on governance, security, and data standards.
- Create prototypes and POC solutions to evaluate new tech against business value.
- Establish processes, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for Q&R teams.
