Job summary

PharmaLogic is seeking a Quality & Regulatory Technology & Innovation Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools across Q&R operations in the United States.

You will partner with Q&R leadership, design prototypes, implement Power BI and AI-enabled workflows, ensure governance, and collaborate with IT and enterprise stakeholders to align with security and data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technology, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI-enabled solutions and automation.
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards, data modeling, and metrics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI platforms for business processes.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/healthcare) is preferred.
• Strong data literacy and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions for Q&R.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and enterprise teams to ensure governance and security.
• Develop data collection tools and integrate ESG/regulatory metrics.
• Lead technology initiatives from concept to adoption across functions.
