Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with HEDIS quality measures.
• 1+ years of experience delivering presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and QuickBase.
• Must reside in Arizona and be willing to travel up to 10% within the state.

Responsibilities

• Generates and distributes gap in care reporting.
• Outreach with provider groups to share HEDIS information.
• Reviews documentation and abstracts data for entry.
• Contacts providers, vendors, or internal departments for information.
• Applies NCQA HEDIS and STARS knowledge to improve outcomes.
• Utilizes multiple EMR tools to meet team goals.
• Performs other duties as needed.
