Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Quality/Health Outcomes professional for value-based care initiatives. This full-time, dayshift role runs Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and is fully remote.

You will develop enterprise reports and dashboards, lead data collection and analysis, and partner with clinicians and leaders to drive improvements in health outcomes and quality measures. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and about five years of experience in health care administration or quality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials, and effectively maintain statistical data.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with ability to analyze complex data, make inferences, and validate conclusions.
• Team and meeting facilitation techniques and tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of value-based agreements, CMS, NCQA HEDIS, MA Stars and evidence-based guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to system-wide quality measure development and reporting, ensuring alignment with external requirements.
• Leads enterprise-wide reports, processes, workflows, and data quality improvements for health outcomes.
• Develops and validates reports and databases used for internal and external reporting, ensuring data integrity.
• Performs data validation and resolves deficiencies in data feeds and measure mappings.
• Develops dashboards and visualizations to deliver actionable information to clinicians and leaders.
• Serves as contact for external payer partners and internal stakeholders in assigned areas of oversight.
• Develops improved EHR tools to support value-based priorities in collaboration with leaders.
