• Experience in fast-paced insurance or healthcare settings; provider relations and education.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality investigations, compliance oversight, and quality improvement operations across all lines of business.
• Oversee quality management system administration and reporting platforms.
• Ensure NCQA accreditation support and enterprise quality goals.
• Analyze dashboards and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality programs.
