Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group seeks a Quality Engineer to support utility programs by driving corrective actions and program execution. You will contribute to process re-architecture and standardization efforts while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a strong execution mindset, the ability to translate analysis into action, and the discipline to manage multiple workstreams in a regulated, structured environment. This role offers hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, GIS, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in quality engineering, program support, operations, or consulting.
• Experience in regulated environments or utility programs preferred.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective-action capabilities.
• Excellent coordination across multiple stakeholders and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute corrective and preventative actions resulting from Cause Evaluations (CE) and CAP programs.
• Manage and reduce backlog of corrective actions, driving toward full completion and compliance targets.
• Coordinate with process owners, SMEs, and program leadership to ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Translate root cause findings into actionable, implemented solutions.
• Track status, risks, and dependencies across all corrective action efforts.
• Ensure full compliance with program procedures, audit expectations, and documentation standards.
