Job summary

Pontoonglobal is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its SAP Field Service Management team remotely. The ideal candidate will drive automation testing, performance tracing, and end-to-end quality assurance for complex software solutions.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software, develop and maintain test scripts, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and test reports.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong experience with Selenium and Cypress and JS/TS/Python-based frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing, REST API testing, and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Cypress.
• Conduct end-to-end, regression, and functional testing to ensure product quality.
• Implement performance tracing and monitoring to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure quality standards by designing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide documentation for resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and improve test strategies.
