The role blends hands-on coding with strategic communication, requiring you to define what “done” means for features, coach engineers on testing, and provide clear risk assessments to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality or software engineering experience.
• Experience writing automation in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience as sole QA expert across multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Build end-to-end test journeys and smoke suites within CI/CD.
• Act as quality consultant across delivery teams and define done criteria.
• Coach engineers on testing practices and provide risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Lead functional, regression, and accessibility testing across devices.
• Manage API testing and asynchronous service flows; seed realistic test environments.
