Qualifications

• Experience transcribing multi-channel transcripts under time pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Proofread transcripts of legal proceedings, witness interviews, body cam recordings, and more.
• Review transcripts for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
• Ensure transcripts comply with legal and customer standards.
• Apply formatting guidelines and templates consistently across transcripts.
• Transcribe, re-transcribe, and correct transcripts to meet quality standards.
• Deliver 99-100% accurate transcripts to customers.
• Master the proprietary cloud transcription platform and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service.
