RYZE Inc. is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager to ensure the quality and compliance of materials and products produced by contract manufacturers. You will manage QC activities, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with operations, R&D, and logistics to uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, CAPA implementation, and ensuring timely product releases across a global, fully remote organization focused on health-forward products.

Competenze

• Experience overseeing QC at contract manufacturers with regulatory oversight.
• Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 111/117 for foods and dietary supplements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, Regulatory, R&D).
• Experience implementing CAPAs and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Review COAs from suppliers and third-party labs for accuracy and compliance.
• Approve testing and release of raw materials and finished products.
• Provide onsite quality support during new product launches.
• Investigate quality issues, consumer complaints, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Lead the material review board and manage disposition at warehouses and 3PLs.
• Train and lead a team of virtual QC staff.
