Job summary

Hims & Hers & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Compliance Specialist to manage intake, investigation, and resolution of customer and partner complaints related to prescription products. This role intersects quality, compliance, and patient experience, coordinating with pharmacy partners and medical teams to ensure thorough, timely investigations.

The successful candidate will enforce regulatory timelines, drive trend analysis, and produce leadership-ready metrics.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, quality, or engineering.
• 4+ years in pharmacy operations, QA, or complaint handling.
• Familiarity with 503A/503B and FDA reporting (21 CFR 210/211).
• Understanding USP <795> and <800> standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate, document, and communicate customer/partner complaints.
• Triage and route complaints to third parties based on description and location.
• Evaluate third-party investigations for root cause adequacy and re‑investigate when needed.
• Determine regulatory reportability under FDA rules with judgement on ambiguous cases.
• Organize cross-functional meetings to escalate complaints and implement resolutions.
• Create regular metrics reports on complaint trends for senior leadership.
