Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Team Leader, Quality to supervise a team of Quality Analysts, oversee transaction monitoring, audits, and performance feedback. You will coach analysts, drive process improvements, and liaise between Quality, Operations, and clients to support business needs.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytical thinking, and strong communication in a remote setting with company-provided equipment. You will guide cross-functional teams and ensure client goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of QA/Quality Assurance experience in outsourced services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Quality Analysts and oversee transaction monitoring.
• Conduct audits, provide feedback, and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and clients to resolve issues and support business needs.
• Lead performance appraisals and career development for analysts.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to plan hiring strategies for open roles.
• Develop SMART goals and monitor process alignment with objectives.
