OmniOn Power Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to audit engineering specs, packages, and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to customer requirements.

The role maintains Cost of Quality tracking across quotation, engineering, execution, and material, supports Method of Procedure and End of Job reviews, and contributes to TL 9000 reporting. Reporting to the Services Quality Leader, this 100% remote position emphasizes audit records management and process

Formación

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• ~5 years telecom experience incl. DC power installation/engineering.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and audit practices.
• Proficiency with Excel and SharePoint for data tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication; document audit evidence.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, PLM/PDM, or document control systems.
• Prior participation in internal/customer audits in manufacturing or service.
• Internal auditing certification or training.

Responsabilidades

• Audit engineering specs for accuracy and adherence to customer standards; document findings and drive corrections.
• Audit engineering packages (drawings, BOMs, ECNs/changes, deviations) for compliance.
• Audit Methods of Procedure and End of Job packages for safe installations and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure version control and configuration alignment between requirements and service deliverables.
• Track CoPQ metrics and communicate with quotations, engineering and execution teams.
• Initiate corrective actions with Engineering, Quality, PM, and Operations to prevent recurrence.
• Support TL 9000 metric collection, validation, and reporting; prepare audit checklists and evidence.
• Communicate recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain audit records and evidence with proper retention and confidentiality.
