Welo Data is seeking a detail-oriented QC Reviewer to ensure quality annotations for robot manipulation videos. You will verify labeling against a style guide across three detail levels, provide actionable feedback, and maintain a QC log.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and strong reading comprehension.
• Exceptional attention to detail to catch subtle mismatches.
• Strong grasp of spatial/mechanical description (left/right, above/below, parts) for accuracy.
• Ability to apply a detailed, structured style guide consistently and judge edge cases.
• Comfort giving clear, specific, constructive feedback to annotators.
• Reliable, self-directed work habits with ability to meet turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Review robot manipulation video annotations across three labeling detail levels.
• Cross-check annotator descriptions against multiple camera views for accuracy.
• Verify full video coverage with no gaps in labeling, including idle moments.
• Check descriptions reflect actual video content, incl. failures or slips.
• Evaluate adherence to style guide and terminology, avoid repetition.
• Identify recurring errors and report to team lead for calibration.
• Provide actionable feedback referencing the style guide and references.
• Participate in calibration sessions with team/client to align standards.
• Maintain a QC log documenting review outcomes and trends.
