Job summary

Fictiv is seeking a GCC QC Inspector to remotely inspect parts produced by U.S.-based partners and ensure conformance before shipment. This role balances on-time delivery with zero defects, working from Bangalore and aligning with US Pacific business hours.

You will review photos, reports, and documents to release conforming parts and prevent nonconformances. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing or quality inspection, experience with GD&T, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience.
• Experience with 3D printed, CNC machined, injection moulded, and sheet metal fabricated parts.

Responsibilities

• Remote inspection of parts against specifications using photos, FAIRs, and docs.
• Release conforming parts in ERP and coordinate with Logistics for shipping.
• Review MTCs and other docs against ASME, ASTM, SAE/AMS, ISO standards.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to resolve non-conformances.
• Provide timely feedback on rejections and manage nonconforming parts.
• Log nonconformances in the system to drive corrective actions.
• Support OTIF performance by timely part release and defect avoidance.
• Collaborate with teams in India and the U.S. to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Quality leadership.
