Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and workflows.
• Comfort with remote working tools, digital collaboration platforms, and familiarity with mobile app and web ecosystems.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive usability testing on mobile and web platforms to identify issues and evaluate performance across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Document bugs, glitches, and usability issues in a clear and structured manner to facilitate troubleshooting and resolution by development teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to communicate findings, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, identified issues, and recommendations for enhancements.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to testing protocols and maintain accurate records of all testing activities.
